12th Annual Holiday Mini Art Exhibit! CALL FOR ART

Ghost Gallery is about to celebrate its 12th Annual Holiday Mini Art Exhibit, in our brand new gallery home at 1111 E. Pike St!
-Est. in 2006, here we are in 2018-
*Deadline to submit work is Monday, Nov. 19th, 2018* PLEASE READ ALL DETAILS BELOW BEFORE SUBMITTING:
Each Holiday season we bring you 100's of small works from local & global artists and designers. 10" x 10" and smaller, affordably priced for gifting, collecting and coveting. All work can be taken home right away when purchased!

Call for Art is now open! Details:
Open to ALL Artists, Everywhere. 
We never charge a fee to submit work.
Deadline to submit is Midnight on Nov. 19th, 2018. Exhibit opens Thur, Dec. 13th and runs through Feb. 10th, 2019.
Artists can submit as many pieces as they like for consideration. If accepted, up to 4 pieces per artist will be chosen for the exhibit. 
Work can be any medium but must fall within the following parameters:
10" x 10" x 10" or smaller including framing/mounting.
Work should be "ready to hang" for wall display. *we will have a small amount of space available for 3D freestanding work*
Selling price must be $300 or lower.
Images of works in progress are OK to submit. 
If accepted, artists will be notified no later than the submission deadline date of Nov. 19th. Space is limited, so we encourage submitting your work as early as possible.

*ARTIST TIP: Please 'attach' your images rather than insert them into the body of your email. Dropbox links or Zip files will be needed if you are sending larger-sized files.

CALL FOR ART - Capitol Hill Office Space

Seeking medium to large format work (framed/mounted and with wire on the back) for a gorgeous office space/gallery hall in Capitol Hill's Oddfellows Building. 
Subject matter must deal with the following aspects: Tech for Good, Human Rights, Social Justice and/or Environmental issues, Imagining a better, more advanced, humane future.
Call is open to all artists in the Seattle/Tacoma/Bellevue and surrounding areas.

*Venue owner has requested no nudes/violent subject matter/gore (an all ages environment).
If your work is a great fit we will be in touch right away. Current exhibit opening is for SEPT 2018 for a two-month show. Work will be for sale to the public as well as listed on our website for the duration of the exhibit. The office also takes part in the Capitol Hill Art Walk.

Call for Video Art!
Seeking video work by local, national and global artists.
Throughout 2017, in our previous location and online, we featured a selection of incredible video work (Ko Kirk Yamahira, Qin Tan, Jennifer Bacon). We're excited to continue this series in our new location (opening July 2018)! Work will be screened inside the gallery on a rotating bases and on our website. Artist/Viewer Q&A's will also be available. Details:

– Open to national and international artists

– Never a fee to submit work

– Priority given to work that deals with one or more of the following themes: Environmental/Climate Change concerns, Body Politics, Social Justice, Technological impacts on health.

– Single channel videos only

– Work must be made within the past 3 years

– Two works may be submitted per artist

– Preview links (to Vimeo, YouTube or a personal website) should be sent to
Video Art Curator  with password if required

– Selected artist(s) will notified right at which point a screening copy will be requested
